CARDI B SETS TO VISIT NIGERIA IN DECEMBER

Good news for Nigerian hip hop lovers as American rapper and queen of hip hop, Cardi B, is set to visit Nigeria in December. It was gathered that the Bodak Yellow crooner is to headline a major festival which will also feature other A-list Nigerian entertainers. While some fans of the rappers are losing their minds and getting set to party hard in December, the festival organizers have managed to keep some other fans excited with anticipation as they have announced

Pop star, Davido, is not a stranger to controversies. There is hardly any week that he isn’t in the news. GAIDAMA TOWN UNDER ATTACK BY BOKO HARAM

Gaidam town in Yobe State is currently under attack by suspected Boko Haram insurgents. According to Daily Trust, residents in the town said that the attackers stormed the town around 5:30pm, and started shooting sporadically. A resident said “The insurgents took advantage of the Market Day to infiltrate the town.” “Although they forewarned residents of their coming days back so the military were not taken unaware,” he said. He added that two Nigerian Air Force jets have arrived the town to support the military strength. It was learnt shootings was still ongoing as of the time of filing this report. Details later…

Pop star  Rihanna  is now the richest female musician in the world with a wealth of $600M, according to  Forbes , and she’s obviously not stopping soon. Rihanna has been making boss moves outside music for sometime now. In September 2017, she launched Fenty Beauty, which is said to be co-owned by LVMH. It racked up a reported $100 million in sales in its first few weeks. According to Forbes: “Fenty Beauty generated an estimated $570 million in revenue last year, after only 15 months in business. The entire operation is worth, conservatively, more than $3 billion.
