Stomach Ulcer is a disease that have deprived many people from fasting because if they do they will end up in the hospital, Ulcer have made it mandated as well for some people to eat always even though it's not convenient for them they have no option other than to obey. What does Ulcer really means? Ulcer according to online dictionary means an open sore or an external or internal surface of the body, caused by a break in the skin or mucous membrane which fails to heal. Ulcer ranges from small, painful sores in the mouth to bedsores and serious lesions of the stomach or intestine. Having discussed what Ulcer means then let's look at the main causes of Stomach Ulcer there are other ulcers but am focusing on stomach Ulcer in this article,
the main cause of stomach Ulcer is Bacteria this bacteria breaks down the stomach defence against the acid it produces to digest food. The stomach lining then become damaged there by causing an Ulcer to form, this is because some people like starving themselves they don't eat on time. There are medical ways of curing stomach Ulcer but am writing on the natural way of curing stomach Ulcer that works, to cure stomach Ulcer you need just two natural things which are plantain peels I mean an unripe plantain peels, and the second thing you need is natural honey that have not been diluted. The process involved in preparing this cure is very simple all you need is to dry the plantain peels under roof not outside or inside the sun it must be dried in a place that is void of sun so that the sun won't take the healing nutrients embedded in it away. It will takes some days before it dries after drying the peels you will grind the peels and make sure it is satine smooth, after grinding it mix it with the undiluted honey, make sure it is mixed into a viscous liquid. After mixing it then it is ready for use, it should be used morning and evening with a teaspoon, one teaspoon in the morning and evening when you do this for 7 days go back to the hospital for a check up the result will be negative.

Gaidam town in Yobe State is currently under attack by suspected Boko Haram insurgents. According to Daily Trust, residents in the town said that the attackers stormed the town around 5:30pm, and started shooting sporadically. A resident said “The insurgents took advantage of the Market Day to infiltrate the town.” “Although they forewarned residents of their coming days back so the military were not taken unaware,” he said.
